I am what we like to call a pre-published writer. Most of my waking hours, and some of my sleeping hours, deal directly with children’s literature in its many forms. My writing for children encompasses fiction and nonfiction, from picture books to middle grade. I have not connected (yet) with my dream publisher. I am also a Co-Regional Advisor for the Maryland/Delaware/West Virginia region of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. I have been reviewing books by other writers for the past several years and now own a suite of online review sites under the title http://gradereading.net.
